Our aim is to source the finest quality fresh ingredients within a 20 mile radius of our kitchen.

This includes beautifully succulent Devon bred meats, local fresh fish and stunning organically grown fruit & vegetables.

We even use local suppliers for the supply of our cooking gas and also hire of equipment, crockery & cutlery for our events.
