Mike is the executive chef of the company, crafting creative menus and executing them with quality and style.
Behind every great dish Mike is the chef who understands the intrinsic qualities of the ingredients he is using. He uses his 30 years of expertise in the high-end culinary field to create enticing dishes using a philosophy that highlights the local sourcing of premium quality ingredients.
Leanne is the administrative brains of the company, offering her invaluable managing expertise to facilitate all the detailed logistical solutions of your event.
